R.P.P. Infra Projects Limited announced Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results along with multiple board decisions. Standalone revenue from operations rose modestly to Rs. 341.10 crore (vs Rs. 336.12 crore in Q1 FY25), but net profit after tax fell sharply to Rs. 10.86 crore from Rs. 16.51 crore, a drop of about 34% year-on-year. Consolidated revenue was Rs. 346.96 crore with PAT of Rs. 10.84 crore. The board approved the re-appointment of Mr. P. Arul Sundaram as Chairman and Managing Director and Mrs. A. Nithya as Whole Time Director and CFO, both for five years effective April 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Two Executive Directors, Mr. C.K. Venkatachalam and Mr. S. Anandavadivel, resigned effective August 11, 2025, and two new additional Directors were appointed. The company also submitted a revised consolidated audit report for the quarter on August 13, 2025, to correct a reporting period error.
Sharp year-on-year decline in profitability despite stable revenue is a negative signal for near-term earnings momentum. Multiple board-level resignations and new appointments indicate ongoing leadership churn, which may cause short-term governance uncertainty, though re-appointment of the promoter CMD and CFO provides continuity at the top.
