R R Kabel's Board of Directors has approved changing the designations of two Whole-time Directors to Joint Managing Directors. Shri Mahhesh Kabra and Shri Rajesh Kabra, both currently Executive Directors, will become Joint Managing Directors effective 1 June 2026, pending shareholder approval at the AGM. Both are Key Managerial Personnel under the Companies Act, 2013. They are cousins and nephews of Shri Mahendrakumar Rameshwarlal Kabra. The changes were recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
This is an internal restructuring of director titles for existing directors. No new leadership is being added or removed, and no governance concerns are raised. Shareholders will vote on these changes at the upcoming AGM.
