R R Kabel has issued a corrigendum to its 30 May 2025 intimation regarding the reconstitution of its Board Committees effective 1 June 2025. The company states there was an inadvertent error in the composition of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee listed in the original Annexure-A. A revised Annexure-A has now been filed with the corrected details, while all other contents of the earlier intimation remain unchanged.
