R R Securities posted total income of Rs. 10.23 lakh in Q1 FY26 (ended 30 June 2025), up about 41% from Rs. 7.27 lakh in Q1 FY25. Net profit after tax came in at Rs. 8.96 lakh versus Rs. 4.99 lakh a year earlier, an increase of roughly 80%. Total expenses remained low at Rs. 1.27 lakh, with nil depreciation, finance and employee costs reported. Basic EPS improved to Rs. 0.30 from Rs. 0.17, and reserves & surplus ticked up to Rs. 17.10 lakh from Rs. 16.58 lakh at FY25 end. The results were approved by the board on 12 August 2025 and carry an unmodified limited review report from statutory auditor SDP M & Co.
Sharp YoY growth in both revenue and profit is a positive signal, but the absolute numbers remain very small and earnings appear driven largely by other business / investment-related income, which can be lumpy. Shareholders should watch for consistency across the remaining quarters before drawing firm conclusions.
