Standalone headline numbers weakened meaningfully, but the group picture is healthier thanks to the operating subsidiaries driving top-line growth — investors should focus on consolidated figures. The shift of consolidated operating cash flow into negative territory, the heavy related-party activity, and margin compression in the consolidated business are points worth watching, though the clean audit report and zero-debt standalone position are reassuring.
