R Systems: 3 independent directors exit, 4 new directors appointed including new chair

Three Independent Directors (Ruchica Gupta, Kapil Dhameja, Aditya Wadhwa) will step down on June 28, 2026 after completing two consecutive five-year terms. Non-Executive Director Mukesh Mehta also resigns same day citing personal commitments. Four new directors join on June 29, 2026: Shailesh Kekre, Sangeeta Singh, and Srikanth Balachandran as Independent Directors, plus Pranav Damani as Non-Executive Director. Shailesh Kekre becomes the new Board Chairperson. All board committees have been reconstituted.
