Raaj Medisafe India Ltd reported strong FY25 results with revenue from operations growing ~44% to ₹6,242 lakhs (vs ₹4,325 lakhs in FY24), driven by both its core Plastic segment and a new Hygiene segment (sanitary napkins and diapers) which contributed ₹1,137 lakhs. Net profit jumped ~84% to ₹613 lakhs (vs ₹333 lakhs), translating to EPS of ₹4.60 (vs ₹3.07). Q4 FY25 also saw a sharp revenue jump to ₹2,440 lakhs from ₹1,136 lakhs in Q4 FY24. The balance sheet strengthened with total equity rising to ₹2,692 lakhs from ₹1,084 lakhs, aided by a ₹1,001 lakh equity infusion. However, cash flow from operations turned slightly negative at ₹-8.68 lakhs (vs ₹427 lakhs positive in FY24), mainly due to a sharp jump in trade receivables.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth, entry into the Hygiene segment, and improved equity base are positives for shareholders. However, the negative operating cash flow and rising debt levels (total borrowings ~₹3,450 lakhs) warrant attention. Stock may react positively on growth story, but watch working-capital trends closely.
