Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust has received confirmation from NHAI that 1st April 2026 is the formal Appointed Date for five highway concession assets. These assets were transferred to the InvIT following execution of Concession Agreements on 17th March 2026 between NHAI and Raajmarg 1 Projects Private Limited (Project SPV-1). The five highway projects include Chennai Bypass, Chennai-Tada, Chilakaluripet-Vijayawada, Gorhar-Barwa Adda, and Neelmangla-Tumkur. This appointed date marks the official start of asset operations under the InvIT structure.
The InvIT portfolio is expanding with five operational highway assets, which should provide steady toll revenue streams and strengthen the trust's asset base for investors.
