RACL Geartech, a Noida-based auto component manufacturer specialising in transmission gears and shafts, shared Q1 FY25-26 results showing healthy growth. Total sales rose to ₹107.96 crore from ₹96.31 crore in the previous quarter, with EBITDA margin expanding sharply to 24.83% from 21.11% a year ago. Net profit stood at ₹8.29 crore (margin 7.68% vs 5.92% YoY). Exports contribute 61% of revenue. The company announced two new business wins: a transmission parts nomination from a leading premium two-wheeler OEM (production starts January 2026) and a shift drum order from BRP Canada for ATVs (150,000 parts per annum). RACL also secured vendor registration with BHEL for industrial and heavy equipment segment. Two new independent directors — retired IAS officer Pravir Kumar and Rakesh Kapoor — were inducted. The company outlined its 'RACL 3.0' roadmap focusing on chassis systems like electric power steering, steer-by-wire, and park lock mechanisms.
Strong margin expansion of nearly 380 basis points YoY and new high-volume order wins from a premium 2W OEM and BRP Canada signal improving earnings quality and future revenue visibility. Positive for the stock; near-term capacity expansion at Noida will support the new premium 2W programme.
