Radaan Mediaworks India has announced the results of its postal ballot (e-voting) that closed on 21st March 2026. All four ordinary resolutions were passed with the required majority. The resolutions relate to approving (1) unsecured loans from Chairperson & MD R. Radikaa Sarathkumar, (2) professional services from her, (3) unsecured loans from Non-Executive Director R. Sarathkumar, and (4) professional services from him — all related party transactions. Public non-institutional shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favour, with approval ranging from 92.27% to 92.83% across the four resolutions. Promoters and public institutions did not vote on these resolutions as they are interested parties. Only about 1.63% of total outstanding shares (roughly 8.83 lakh out of 5.41 crore shares) participated in the voting.
Shareholders have approved related-party transactions with the company's promoters (loans and professional services). With low voter turnout but strong majority support from those who voted, the company can now proceed with these arrangements. No material impact on share price expected, but minority investors should note that promoter funding through unsecured loans may continue.
