Radhagobind Commercial reported essentially nil revenue of just Rs. 0.03 lakh in Q1 FY26 (vs Rs. 0.06 lakh in Q4 FY25) and posted a net loss of Rs. 14.68 lakhs, slightly worse than the Rs. 10.92 lakh loss in Q1 FY25. The statutory auditor flagged a 'Material Uncertainty Related to Going Concern' after an IBC petition was filed against the company in December 2024 for defaulting on a loan of Rs. 109.58 lakhs (principal and interest of Rs. 103.75 lakhs). The auditor also added an Emphasis of Matter noting total outstanding loans of Rs. 140.86 lakhs and pending income tax demands of Rs. 353.32 lakhs against the company. The company separately disclosed a default of Rs. 1.12 crore on loan repayment with interest. Earlier in FY25, exceptional write-offs of Rs. 248.72 lakhs (investments) and Rs. 98 lakhs (loans and advances) had crushed full-year results.
This is a high-risk situation for shareholders. The going-concern warning, active IBC insolvency case, large tax demand, and continued losses point to serious financial distress, with potential risk to the stock price and shareholders' investment.
