Radhe Developers reported Q2 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹248.83 lakhs, down about 24% YoY from ₹327 lakhs in Q2 FY25, though H1 FY26 revenue jumped to ₹863.66 lakhs versus ₹347 lakhs in H1 FY25 — roughly a 149% rise — driven by an unusually strong Q1 (₹614.83 lakhs). Profit after tax for the quarter fell to ₹78.62 lakhs from ₹148.58 lakhs YoY, but H1 PAT surged to ₹466.41 lakhs from just ₹46.73 lakhs, with H1 EPS at ₹0.09 versus ₹0.01. Total expenses for the quarter stood at ₹172.80 lakhs with finance costs at ₹18.14 lakhs and depreciation at ₹18.72 lakhs. The auditor (S Parth & Co) gave an otherwise clean limited review but flagged that no gratuity provision was made, which is not in line with Accounting Standard 15. Operating cash flow for the period appears negative.
The sharp H1 profit growth is encouraging for shareholders, but the sequential Q2 slowdown, the auditor's note on missing gratuity provision, and weak operating cash flow are yellow flags that investors should weigh before drawing conclusions on earnings quality.
