Radhika Jeweltech Limited has submitted its 9th Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations grew from ₹54,406.49 lakhs to ₹58,778.71 lakhs, an increase of about 8.08% year-on-year. Net profit after tax rose sharply from ₹4,953.48 lakhs to ₹6,011.81 lakhs, a jump of 21.34%, marking the highest profit in the company's history. Profit before tax stood at ₹8,431.41 lakhs versus ₹6,693.13 lakhs in the previous year. The Rajkot-based jewellery retailer highlighted strong festive and wedding season sales, a newly opened 10,000 sqft flagship showroom, and recognition including Forbes Asia's Best Under A Billion 2024 and a Fortune India Top 100 Emerging Stars ranking. No dividend has been recommended, and there were no changes to share capital during the year.
This is a routine annual report filing but it confirms a record profit year with double-digit net profit growth, which is a positive signal for shareholders. However, the board has skipped a dividend for FY 2024-25, meaning shareholders will not receive a cash payout despite strong earnings.
