Radico Khaitan reported its best-ever annual performance in FY2026, crossing ₹6,000 crore in net revenue (₹6,050.4 crore, up 24.7%) and ₹1,000 crore in EBITDA (₹1,018.5 crore, up 52.4%). The company's premiumisation strategy drove strong results, with Prestige & Above volume growing 28.5% to 16.7 million cases, now representing 45.6% of total volume. Gross margin expanded 453 bps to 48.0% in Q4 and 248 bps to 45.3% for full year, while EBITDA margin improved 565 bps to 19.0% in Q4. The board approved a dividend of ₹9 per share (up from ₹4) and adopted a minimum 20% payout policy. Net debt reduced by ₹329.5 crore to ₹244.1 crore, with management targeting net debt-free status by H1 FY2027.
Strong operational performance with margin expansion and debt reduction signals financial health improvement. The premiumisation strategy driving higher-margin revenue should support continued earnings growth, while the new dividend policy enhances shareholder returns.
