Radico Khaitan's board approved acquiring a 47.5% equity stake each in D'YAVOL Spirits B.V. (Netherlands, incorporated 2018) and D'YAVOL Spirits Private Limited (India, incorporated August 2025), for a total investment of up to Rs. 40 Crores.
