Raghuvansh Agrofarms Ltd has submitted its 29th Annual Report for FY 2024-25 to BSE. On a standalone basis, turnover declined about 32% to Rs. 6.43 crore (from Rs. 9.44 crore), but other income rose to Rs. 5.79 crore, keeping profit before tax nearly flat at Rs. 6.30 crore. Profit after tax slipped to Rs. 4.98 crore from Rs. 5.59 crore. Consolidated turnover dropped to Rs. 10.34 crore, while PAT was Rs. 6.29 crore. The company operates in organic agriculture, dairy, organic manure, and biogas power. Two subsidiaries — Sanjeevani Fertilizers and Kanpur Organics — performed well. No dividend has been recommended, and share capital is unchanged. The 29th AGM is scheduled for 24 September 2025 in New Delhi.
Sharply lower turnover and higher tax outgo dragged standalone PAT down ~11%, while the company skipped dividend to conserve cash. Long-term borrowings rose materially (debt-equity ratio jumped from 0.02 to 0.14), which may pressure future interest costs. For shareholders, the headline numbers are mixed — stable profits despite weaker sales, but no dividend and rising leverage are negatives.
