The board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half-year and full year ended 31 March 2025. Standalone revenue from operations declined year-on-year, and standalone PAT fell to around Rs 498.47 lakhs from Rs 558.56 lakhs the previous year. Consolidated PAT (before minority interest) came in at Rs 419.68 lakhs versus Rs 628.68 lakhs earlier, a sharp drop of roughly 33%. Standalone EPS slipped to Rs 4.18 from Rs 4.69. Consolidated cash flow from operations stayed negative at around Rs (-)149.64 lakhs, though much improved from the previous year. The statutory auditor (Kamal Gupta Associates) issued an unmodified opinion on both sets of results. The board also appointed M/s V. Agnihotri & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30) and Mr Neeraj Agarwal, an existing director, as Internal Auditor, subject to shareholder approval.
Year-on-year decline in both revenue and profits is a negative signal, though the company remains profitable and reserves continue to grow. Negative consolidated operating cash flow points to ongoing working capital strain. The new auditor appointments are routine governance items and unlikely to move the stock on their own.
