Raghuvansh Agrofarms reported its H1 FY26 results (April–September 2025). Standalone revenue from operations fell to Rs. 867.71 lakh from Rs. 950.92 lakh in the same period last year, a decline of about 8.7%. Standalone net profit dropped to Rs. 197.56 lakh (from Rs. 260.36 lakh, down ~24%), with EPS at Rs. 1.66 vs Rs. 2.18. On a consolidated basis (including subsidiaries Kanpur Organics and Sanjeevani Fertilizers), total revenue was Rs. 790.64 lakh and net profit was Rs. 254.13 lakh. Standalone cash flow from operations was negative at Rs. -224.05 lakh, and closing cash balance dropped to Rs. 24.14 lakh from Rs. 63.73 lakh. Long-term borrowings rose to Rs. 1,070.65 lakh from Rs. 885.89 lakh, while short-term borrowings were fully repaid. The statutory auditor issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications.
Weak operating performance on a standalone basis with falling revenue, shrinking profits, and negative operating cash flow may concern shareholders. However, consolidated profitability is stronger due to subsidiary contributions, and the balance sheet remains intact with growing reserves and manageable debt.
