Rainbow Childrens Medicare will hold its 28th AGM on July 29, 2026 via video conferencing and filed its Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26. For FY26, revenue rose 12.4 percent to Rs 1,703 crore, EBITDA grew 11.1 percent to Rs 544 crore, and PAT increased 15.3 percent to Rs 281 crore. The network expanded to 24 hospitals across 9 cities, with new additions in Rajahmundry, Electronic City, HRBR Bengaluru, and acquisitions in Warangal and Guwahati. The company plans to add 2,500 beds over 5 years with about Rs 2,200 crore investment.
