Rainbow Children's Medicare Limited has inaugurated two new healthcare facilities in Bengaluru. A new 60-bed spoke hospital has opened at HRBR Layout, Hennur Junction, and a dedicated IVF centre called 'BirthRight Fertility' has been launched at Mahadevapura as an extension of the Marathahalli hub. The total project cost is approximately ₹52 crore (₹42 crore for the hospital and ₹10 crore for the IVF centre), funded through internal accruals. With this addition, the company's total bed capacity has increased from 2,375 to 2,435 beds. The facilities are now operational from 4th May 2026. The expansion leverages the company's hub-and-spoke model and is targeted at high-growth urban corridors in North Bengaluru.
The expansion adds 60 beds and strengthens Rainbow's hub-and-spoke network in Bengaluru, a key growth market, funded from internal accruals without additional debt, which is positive for long-term earnings potential.
