Rainbow Childrens Medicare Limited has informed the Exchange about change in senior Management Personnel

Rainbow Children's Medicare reported strong Q1 FY26 results, with standalone revenue rising to Rs 3,347.48 million (from Rs 3,150.23 million in Q1 FY25) and standalone profit after tax jumping 33.5% to Rs 517.20 million. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 3,529.29 million with PAT of Rs 538.05 million, a 35% year-on-year increase. The board also designated Dr. Pranathi Subrahmanyam Maddirala, Clinical Director of Obstetrics and Fetal Medicine, as a Senior Management Personnel with immediate effect. Additionally, the company granted 140,810 stock options under its ESOP 2025 scheme, and completed the acquisition of a 76% stake in Prashanthi Hospital (Warangal) for Rs 326 million. A final dividend of Rs 3 per share for FY25 was paid on July 5, 2025.
