For full year FY26, revenue grew 12.4% to Rs 17,031 million while PAT increased 15.3% to Rs 2,815 million. The company expanded its network through acquisitions of Prashanthi Hospital (Warangal) and Pratiksha Hospital (Guwahati), and commenced new hospitals at Rajahmundry, Electronic City, and HRBR Bengaluru. Total bed capacity stands at 2,435 beds across 24 hospitals and 5 clinics in 9 cities. The company outlined a capex plan adding 810 beds across Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Gurugram, and Pune, targeting 3,245 total beds by FY28-29. PAT margins improved from 15.3% to 17.0% in Q4.
Strong earnings growth with improving profitability margins indicates operational efficiency gains from scale. Expansion into new cities and capacity additions provide multi-year growth visibility though near-term occupancy may remain pressured as new hospitals ramp up.
