Rainbow Foundations Ltd announced its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) unaudited financial results, with revenue from operations rising to Rs 5,034.12 lakhs from Rs 3,185.65 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a year-on-year jump of about 58%. Total revenue for the quarter stood at Rs 5,056.36 lakhs against Rs 3,203.16 lakhs a year earlier. Profit after tax grew to Rs 148.19 lakhs (EPS Rs 0.30) versus Rs 108.43 lakhs (EPS Rs 0.22) in the same quarter last year, up nearly 37% YoY. However, compared to the immediately preceding quarter (Q4 FY25), both revenue and profit were lower, reflecting normal sequential variation after the strong March quarter. The statutory auditors M/s GASM DANSR and Co. issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. The board also appointed Mr. Raghunathdogra Satishkumardogra, a former IPS officer, as an Additional Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
Strong YoY growth in both revenue and profits signals improving business momentum and may be viewed positively by shareholders, though sequential moderation versus Q4 FY25 is expected. The clean auditor's report and addition of an experienced independent director strengthen governance, which is a mild positive for investor confidence.
