Raja Bahadur International Ltd informed BSE that it has published its Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025 in Financial Express (English) and Pratahkal (Marathi) newspapers on November 15, 2025, as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulation 47(3). On a standalone basis, Q2 FY26 revenue from operations rose to about Rs 763.60 lakh from Rs 720.13 lakh in Q2 FY25, and the company swung back to a profit of Rs 75.95 lakh from a loss of Rs 104.07 lakh a year ago. For H1 FY26, standalone revenue grew to Rs 1,909.32 lakh versus Rs 1,488.32 lakh in H1 FY25, with profit before tax improving sharply to Rs 246.26 lakh from a loss of Rs 44.22 lakh, though profit after exceptional items remained in the red at Rs (44.94) lakh versus Rs (271.72) lakh. The intimation was signed by CFO Sajjan Kumar Jhunjhunwala.
The standalone quarterly turnaround from a loss to a profit is a positive signal, but the H1 PAT staying negative after exceptional items suggests mixed underlying performance; expect a neutral-to-mildly positive reaction as the news is largely a procedural compliance disclosure already priced in via prior results submission.
