Rajasthan Tube Manufacturing Company reported audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2025. Full-year revenue fell sharply to Rs 5,634.08 lakhs from Rs 9,490.9 lakhs in FY24, a drop of about 41%. Net profit for FY25 stood at Rs 48.73 lakhs (down from Rs 72.30 lakhs), translating to an EPS of Rs 1.08 versus Rs 1.61 last year. However, Q4 FY25 showed a strong recovery with a net profit of Rs 110.10 lakhs compared to a loss of Rs 6.12 lakhs in Q4 FY24. Cash flow from operations also weakened to Rs 332.85 lakhs from Rs 833.57 lakhs. The board appointed Ms. Monika Soni as Internal Auditor and M/s M. Goyal & Company as Cost Auditor for FY26, and the statutory auditor Giriraj & Lohiya issued an unmodified opinion.
The sharp year-on-year revenue decline is a concern, but the Q4 profit bounce-back and clean audit opinion offer some comfort. These are largely routine governance and results disclosures with no major red flags, and are unlikely to move the stock significantly.
