Rajasthan Tube Manufacturing Company has informed BSE about its 39th Annual General Meeting scheduled for Saturday, 19th July 2025 at 10:00 AM in Jaipur. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 13th July 2025 to 19th July 2025 (both days inclusive). The remote e-voting window will run from 16th July 2025 (10:00 AM) to 18th July 2025 (5:00 PM), with 12th July 2025 fixed as the cut-off date to determine member eligibility for e-voting or voting at the AGM.
