Rajesh Power Services Ltd (RSPL) signed multiple Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with the Government of Gujarat on October 9, 2025, at the inaugural Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference 2025 held in Mehsana. The MoUs cover a cumulative investment of Rs 4,754 crore for converting overhead High Tension (HT) power lines into underground cable networks across Gujarat. These turnkey projects are expected to create employment for over 33,000 people in the state. The MoUs were signed by Mr Kaxil Patel (Director & CFO of RSPL) with Mr Ajay Prakash, IAS (MD of Gujarat Power Corporation Limited). RSPL is a specialized EPC contractor in the Power Transmission & Distribution sector with over five decades of experience serving government and institutional clients across India.
