Rajesh Power Services has secured orders worth Rs 211.68 crore (including taxes) from Odisha Power Transmission Corporation (OPTCL). The project marks the company's entry into Odisha and is among its largest wins in the transmission segment. Scope includes building a 220 kV underground cable between Grid Substation at Mendhasal and Gas Insulated Substation at Chandaka B, plus substation bay extensions. Rajesh Power is an EPC contractor currently executing projects in five other states.
Large transmission order win and new state entry strengthen order book and diversify revenue. Positive for growth, though execution timeline risks remain.
