Rajoo Engineers Limited has published its unaudited Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 results (ended September 30, 2025) in The Indian Express, Financial Express (English) and Financial Express (Gujarati) editions, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. On a standalone basis, total income from operations rose to Rs. 9,187.90 lakhs in Q2 FY26 from Rs. 5,680.92 lakhs in Q2 FY25, a jump of about 62% year-on-year. Net profit after tax nearly doubled to Rs. 1,388.49 lakhs in Q2 FY26 from Rs. 723.65 lakhs a year ago, while H1 FY26 net profit climbed to Rs. 2,824.67 lakhs versus Rs. 793.26 lakhs in H1 FY25. Consolidated figures also showed strong growth, with Q2 FY26 total income at Rs. 9,225.23 lakhs and net profit after tax at Rs. 1,409.63 lakhs. Basic EPS for Q2 FY26 stood at Rs. 0.79 (standalone) and Rs. 0.81 (consolidated). The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on October 28, 2025, and the joint statutory auditors issued an unmodified limited review conclusion. No exceptional or extraordinary items were reported during the quarter.
Strong double-digit growth in both revenue and profits signals healthy operational performance and is likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. The mandatory newspaper publication is a routine compliance filing and is not expected to move the stock on its own, but the underlying earnings momentum is a constructive signal.
