Rajoo Engineers Limited reported its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results. Consolidated revenue from operations jumped to ₹8,507.32 lakhs from ₹5,087.42 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 67%. Total income rose to ₹8,671.34 lakhs. Profit before tax more than doubled to ₹1,901.22 lakhs (vs ₹704.63 lakhs), and consolidated net profit surged to ₹1,501.76 lakhs (vs ₹547.47 lakhs), helped by a ₹65.58 lakh share of profit from joint venture Rajoo Bausano Extrusion. EPS stood at ₹0.92 (consolidated) and ₹0.88 (standalone), compared to ₹0.33 in the year-ago quarter. The limited review report from auditors Rushabh R Shah and Co. is unqualified with no modifications. The Board also appointed Mr. Jinesh R. Shah as Chief Sales Officer (Senior Management Personnel) effective July 12, 2025. The Board had earlier recommended a final dividend of ₹0.15 per share for FY25.
A strong quarter for Rajoo Engineers with revenue and profits nearly doubling year-on-year, reflecting robust demand and improved operating leverage in its plastic extrusion machinery business — likely to be viewed positively by investors.
