Rajshree Polypack's board approved unaudited Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs 8,251.65 lakhs from Rs 7,870.21 lakhs in Q1 FY25 (about 5% growth). Consolidated profit for the period more than doubled to Rs 408.27 lakhs from Rs 202.84 lakhs last year, with EPS at Rs 0.55 vs Rs 0.28. Standalone profit was nearly flat at Rs 408.27 lakhs vs Rs 400.63 lakhs. The board also appointed KCPL and Associates LLP as the new internal auditor for FY 2025-26, fixed the 14th AGM for September 16, 2025 via video conferencing, and named a scrutinizer. The statutory auditor (JASS & Co LLP) issued an unmodified (clean) limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
The sharp jump in consolidated profit is mainly because losses from its joint venture (Olive Ecopak) are no longer being booked once the investment value hit zero, and a one-time change in the useful life of plant and machinery boosted Q1 profit before tax by about Rs 110 lakhs. Core standalone earnings remain steady, so the headline profit growth may not sustain in later quarters. The clean auditor report and routine governance items are neutral to positive for the stock.
