Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals has published a newspaper advertisement (in Business Standard and Dinamani on 16th March 2026) informing shareholders about an SEBI-mandated special window for re-lodging transfer requests of physical shares. The window runs from 5th February 2026 to 4th February 2027, based on SEBI Circular dated 30th January 2026. It covers shares bought or sold before 1st April 2019 that were either never submitted for transfer or were rejected/returned due to paperwork issues. All re-lodged transfers will only be processed in demat form and will carry a one-year lock-in from the date of registration. Shareholders must submit documents to the company's Registrar, MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime), at their Coimbatore office.
This is a routine regulatory compliance notice and not material to the stock price. Shareholders holding old physical share certificates from transactions before April 2019 get a one-year opportunity to get them properly transferred and dematerialised. Anyone holding such old paper shares should act before 4th February 2027 to avoid losing the chance to regularise them.
