Rama Steel Tubes reported strong Q1 FY26 standalone results, with revenue from operations rising to ₹24,266.56 lakhs (up ~53% from ₹15,829.63 lakhs in Q1 FY25) and profit after tax jumping to ₹644.56 lakhs (up ~149% YoY). EPS stood at ₹0.04 vs ₹0.02. Consolidated revenue grew to ₹26,813.45 lakhs but PAT dipped to ₹495.64 lakhs from ₹619.98 lakhs. The Board approved the resignation of Company Secretary Mr. Manish Kumar and appointed Mr. Vikas Sharma in his place. Mr. Hari Shankar Singh was appointed as Additional Executive Director, and Mr. Naresh Kumar Bansal (Promoter) was re-appointed as Managing Director for 5 years effective October 1, 2025. M/s Arun Kumar Gupta & Associates was named Secretarial Auditor for 5 years, while Internal and Cost Auditors were re-appointed for FY26. The 51st AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2025.
Sharp YoY profit growth on the standalone side is positive, though consolidated PAT was slightly lower. The KMP change at the Company Secretary level is routine with an immediate replacement. Promoter-led re-appointment of the MD provides continuity, and the preferential share issuances and new associate (Bigwin Buildsys) signal ongoing expansion and capital-raising activity.
