Rama Vision Ltd reported standalone unaudited results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Revenue from operations rose to ₹3,399.44 lakhs, up about 27% from ₹2,682.87 lakhs in the same quarter last year, driven mainly by strong growth in the trading segment (₹3,379.60 lakhs vs ₹2,675.97 lakhs). However, profit after tax declined to ₹104.35 lakhs from ₹119.44 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a drop of roughly 13%, even as PAT nearly doubled sequentially from ₹53.68 lakhs in Q4 FY25. EPS stood at ₹1.00 versus ₹1.15 year-on-year. The manufacturing segment continued to post a small loss (₹11.61 lakhs), though narrower than a year ago. The statutory auditor (Suresh Kumar Mittal & Co) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Revenue growth is positive, but the decline in profits and margins despite higher sales suggests rising costs or weaker product mix, which may temper investor enthusiasm. The sequential jump in PAT and improving manufacturing losses offer some near-term comfort, but watch margin trends closely.
