Ramco Systems reported FY25 (year ended March 31, 2025) global consolidated revenue of around USD 70.43-71.09 million (about Rs 596.9 crore), a 10% year-on-year growth. However, the company posted a full-year net loss of USD 4.08 million (Rs 34.3 crore). The fourth quarter was much stronger, with a net profit of USD 0.67 million (Rs 5.3 crore) and an EBITDA margin of 29% (USD 5.21m), lifting full-year EBITDA to USD 9.68 million (14% margin). The company ended the year with about USD 8 million in cash and a healthy unexecuted order book of USD 166 million, though new order bookings were subdued at USD 56 million. Recurring revenue from its SaaS model now contributes around 60% of total revenue. Ramco also launched its Ramco Payce payroll platform and Aviation Software 6.0 with AI features, and won several industry awards during the year.
Mixed signals for shareholders - topline growth and improving EBITDA margins are encouraging, but the full-year net loss remains a concern. The strong order book, Q4 return to profit, and progress on the SaaS transition suggest the turnaround is gaining traction, which could be viewed positively by the market in the short term.
