Raminfo Limited published its audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026 via newspaper advertisement. Standalone total income for FY26 was Rs 26,195.06 million, with net profit after tax of Rs 146.99 million, down from Rs 508.99 million in FY25. Consolidated total income stood at Rs 28,360.11 million with net profit of Rs 401.16 million (vs Rs 523.64 million in FY25), indicating a decline in profitability year-on-year. For the Q4 standalone quarter, total income was Rs 7,105.31 million and net profit after tax was Rs 129.59 million, compared to Rs 217.50 million in Q4 FY25, showing sequential deterioration in quarterly earnings. EPS (diluted) for the year on consolidated basis was Rs 2.33. The company has reduced its debt, with paid-up debt capital declining to Rs 4,650.65 million from Rs 5,068.95 million year-on-year. No dividend has been recommended for FY26.
Raminfo's profit declined significantly in FY26 both standalone and consolidated, with the quarterly Q4 performance notably weaker year-on-year. The reduction in debt is positive but the earnings contraction warrants monitoring. Shareholders should note the absence of dividend.
