Ramkrishna Forgings submitted two Monitoring Agency Reports (by India Ratings & Research) for Q4 FY2026 covering two preferential warrant issues. Issue 1: 34 lakh convertible warrants at INR 588 each (total INR 199.92 crore); INR 49.98 crore received as 25% upfront payment, balance to come on conversion. Issue 2: 9.75 lakh convertible warrants at INR 2,100 each (total INR 204.75 crore); INR 151.99 crore received including INR 100.80 crore from conversion of 6.40 lakh warrants on March 27, 2026. Funds are being used for debt repayment (working capital loans) and general corporate purposes (up to 25% of proceeds). The monitoring agency confirmed no deviation from stated objects and no unfavorable events affecting viability of the objects.
Both preferential issues are progressing as planned with proper fund utilization. No red flags detected — the company is on track with debt repayment objectives. GCP deployment remains nil for both issues, indicating funds are primarily directed toward deleveraging.
