Ramkrishna Forgings has submitted copies of newspaper publications of its unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025), as required under SEBI's Listing Regulations. The results were published on August 2, 2025 in Business Standard, Business Line, Financial Express (all English editions) and Aajkal (Bengali). On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations grew about 6% year-on-year to roughly ₹1,015 crore, but profit after tax fell sharply by around 78% to about ₹11.79 crore. On a standalone basis, revenue rose to about ₹937 crore while profit after tax declined nearly 49% to ₹21.51 crore. The results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board on August 1, 2025.
The steep year-on-year drop in profitability despite only modest revenue growth is a negative signal and may weigh on the stock in the near term. The large gap between standalone and consolidated profits suggests subsidiary-level losses are dragging overall earnings, which investors should watch closely in coming quarters.
