Ramky Infrastructure Limited's credit rating has been upgraded by Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited. The long-term bank facilities of Rs. 242.73 crores were upgraded from IVR BBB- (Stable) to IVR BBB (Stable). The combined long-term/short-term bank facilities of Rs. 463.74 crores were upgraded from IVR BBB-/A3 to IVR BBB/A3+. The total rated bank facilities amount to Rs. 706.47 crores, covering facilities from SBI, PNB, IDBI, ICICI, and Axis Bank. Separately, the existing CRISIL rating has been withdrawn at the joint request of the company and its lenders. The new rating is valid for one year from March 17, 2026.
This rating upgrade signals improved creditworthiness and stronger financial performance, which may lower the company's future borrowing costs and boost investor confidence. Withdrawal of the CRISIL rating also simplifies the company's credit profile under a single agency.
