Ramky Infrastructure, through its wholly owned subsidiary Maha Integrated Life Sciences City Limited (MILeS City), has been awarded a 95-year concession by Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) to develop a High-Tech Pharmaceutical Park in Raigad District, Maharashtra. The project covers 1,000 hectares and will be executed on a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis over a 5-year construction period and 90-year operation and maintenance phase. The total project cost is estimated at around INR 3,000 Crores, with the company earning revenue from land lease premiums, development charges, maintenance income, and utility operations. This is a domestic order, not a related party transaction, and positions Ramky as a key player in life sciences and pharma sector infrastructure.
This is a major long-term order that significantly expands Ramky's order book and provides a multi-decade revenue stream. The 3,000 Crore project value is substantial and could positively impact stock sentiment, though execution and revenue recognition will be spread over many years.
