Ramky Infrastructure announced its Q1 FY26 results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025. Standalone revenue stood at ₹3,541 million, down from ₹5,501 million in the same quarter last year, but EBITDA more than doubled sequentially to ₹1,002 million (up 123% from ₹450 million in Q4 FY25). Standalone profit after tax came in at ₹556 million versus ₹864 million a year ago. On a consolidated basis, revenue was ₹3,792 million and PAT was ₹770 million, compared to ₹710 million in Q1 FY25 and a loss of ₹33 million in the previous quarter. In a separate key development, on July 11, 2025, the company and its lenders formally executed a Restructuring Exit Agreement, ending a debt restructuring arrangement originally put in place in 2015 (debt itself was fully repaid in 2019). The exit lifts the Trust & Retention Account mechanism and reclassifies the company's account as standard.
The restructuring exit removes a long-standing overhang on the company and clears the way for re-rated borrowing terms and fresh growth pursuits. While the strong sequential jump in EBITDA and PAT is encouraging, the sharp year-on-year revenue decline signals project execution challenges that investors should watch closely.
