Rane (Madras) Limited shared its Q1 FY26 earnings presentation. Consolidated revenue rose 7.4% YoY to Rs 884.4 crore, with EBITDA up 10.9% YoY to Rs 78.5 crore and EBITDA margin improving 29 bps to 8.9%. Profit after tax grew 26.7% YoY to Rs 18.5 crore, though it included a Rs 1.01 crore one-time expense for a voluntary retirement scheme. Net sales grew 8% YoY to Rs 869.4 crore, led by domestic OEM (PV, farm tractors) and a 15% jump in international sales driven by steering products. The company disclosed new order wins worth about Rs 333 crore across its businesses, including Rs 170 crore of international orders for the Steering & Linkages segment.
Broadly positive: steady revenue growth, margin expansion, and healthy order inflows — especially from international customers — suggest improving demand momentum. Shareholders may view the results as a stable quarter, though the aftermarket segment was weak.
