Rane (Madras) Limited has published the extract of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 in Business Standard (English) and Hindu Tamizh Thisai (Tamil) on November 5, 2025, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. The results, approved by the Board on November 4, 2025, show standalone total income from operations at Rs. 923.39 crore in Q2 FY26, up about 8.3% from Rs. 852.28 crore in Q2 FY25, with H1 FY26 income at Rs. 1,806.06 crore. Standalone net profit after tax rose roughly 16% YoY to Rs. 22.85 crore (Q2 FY25: Rs. 19.64 crore), while consolidated net profit after tax jumped about 33% YoY to Rs. 21.47 crore (Q2 FY25: Rs. 16.12 crore). Standalone EPS improved to Rs. 8.27 from Rs. 7.10, and consolidated EPS rose to Rs. 7.77 from Rs. 5.83.
The filing itself is just a regulatory disclosure of already-published newspaper results and is unlikely to move the stock, but the underlying numbers are mildly positive — revenue and profit growth on both standalone and consolidated bases, with stronger margin expansion at the consolidated level. Shareholders can view this as a modest earnings beat versus the year-ago quarter.
