Ranjit Securities Ltd reported its unaudited results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) with revenue from operations of Rs 26.95 lakhs, up about 80% from Rs 14.94 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Total revenue rose to Rs 37.42 lakhs from Rs 23.40 lakhs. Profit after tax more than doubled to Rs 8.44 lakhs (vs Rs 3.60 lakhs last year), and EPS stood at Rs 0.31 vs Rs 0.13 earlier. The auditor (Jain Doshi & Co.) issued an unmodified limited review report but flagged two emphasis-of-matter items: an ongoing legal matter under the Companies Act, and the fact that the company's shares remain suspended from trading on BSE, with the revocation application still pending.
Strong YoY growth in both revenue and profit is a positive signal for shareholders, but the continuing BSE trading suspension and the unresolved legal matter remain key overhangs that limit near-term shareholder value and liquidity.
