Rapicut Carbides Limited has announced the withdrawal of its previously approved Scheme of Amalgamation with United Wolfram Private Limited. The Board of United Wolfram informed Rapicut on 24th September 2025 of their decision to withdraw the scheme, and Rapicut's Board, at its meeting on 27th September 2025, noted this withdrawal. As a result, the amalgamation scheme stands null and void with immediate effect. This ends the merger plan that was originally approved by Rapicut's Board on 27th June 2025.
The proposed merger with United Wolfram Private Limited will no longer take place, meaning Rapicut Carbides will not gain the planned synergies, assets, or business expansion from this combination. For shareholders, this removes a potential growth catalyst but also avoids integration risks.
