Rapid Investments Limited's Board, at its meeting held on 12 February 2026, approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025. Revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs. 34.67 lakhs, down from Rs. 52.77 lakhs in Q3 FY25 (a YoY decline of about 34%). For the nine-month period, revenue from operations fell to Rs. 98.13 lakhs from Rs. 125.21 lakhs in the prior year. However, net profit for 9M FY26 rose sharply to Rs. 31.27 lakhs from Rs. 12.73 lakhs in 9M FY25, driven mainly by a large jump in 'Other Income' to Rs. 52.55 lakhs (vs Rs. 1.88 lakhs earlier). Employee benefit expenses also climbed steeply to Rs. 86.54 lakhs (9M) from Rs. 53.41 lakhs. EPS for 9M FY26 came in at Rs. 1.45 vs Rs. 0.59 earlier.
Core operations are weakening with revenue from operations declining year-on-year, but the bottom-line growth is propped up by non-operating 'Other Income' rather than business performance—something investors should watch closely as it raises questions on earnings quality. No investor complaints were pending at quarter-end.
