Rashi Peripherals' board approved its unaudited Q1 FY26 results (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations came in at Rs. 30,527 million, down about 26% from Rs. 41,578 million in the same quarter last year. Despite the revenue drop, standalone profit after tax rose to Rs. 588 million (vs Rs. 547 million, up ~7.5%), and consolidated PAT grew to Rs. 617 million (vs Rs. 550 million, up ~12%). The company also sold its 51% stake in subsidiary Znet Technologies on June 17, 2025, booking a Rs. 30 million gain on a consolidated basis. A dividend of Rs. 2 per share (face value Rs. 5) has been proposed for FY25, with August 11, 2025 set as the record date. The board also approved the re-appointment of Chairman Krishna Kumar Choudhary and Vice-Chairman Sureshkumar Pansari for another five years, and continuation of Independent Director Yazdi Dandiwala. The 36th AGM is scheduled for September 9, 2025 via video conferencing. IPO proceeds remain largely utilised with only Rs. 55 million of the Rs. 5,541 million raised still pending deployment for general corporate purposes, now extended to FY26.
Investors will note the sharp year-on-year revenue decline alongside improving profitability, suggesting better margins despite a weaker top line. The dividend, dividend record date, and continuity of top leadership are positive signals, while the Znet divestment and near-complete use of IPO funds signal portfolio cleanup and disciplined capital deployment.
