Rashi Peripherals, one of India's largest ICT distributors, shared its Q1 FY26 results via an investor presentation. Consolidated revenue was ₹31,521 Mn, down 26.1% Y-o-Y due to a one-time server deal in the base quarter, but grew 11.4% excluding that deal. EBITDA rose 23% to ₹1,114 Mn with margin expanding 140 bps to 3.5%, while PAT grew 12.1% to ₹617 Mn and EPS reached ₹9.3. The company highlighted margin expansion from operational efficiencies, strong growth in the surveillance vertical, and rising penetration in AI solutions. It also runs a 50-city channel roadshow across India and works with 74 global technology brands.
The sharp headline revenue decline looks worse than it is—the underlying business grew ~11% while margins improved meaningfully, which is positive for shareholders. Focus on AI solutions, surveillance, and operational efficiency could support steady earnings growth, though the low single-digit margin profile typical of distribution remains a watchpoint.
