Rashi Peripherals, an IT product distributor, reported Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results along with several board decisions. Standalone revenue from operations fell to Rs. 30,527 million from Rs. 41,578 million in Q1 FY25, a drop of about 26.6% year-on-year, while standalone profit after tax (PAT) rose to Rs. 588 million from Rs. 547 million (~7.5% growth). Consolidated revenue declined to Rs. 31,521 million from Rs. 42,671 million (~26% YoY), but consolidated PAT grew to Rs. 617 million from Rs. 550 million (~12% growth), helped by lower expenses. The board declared a Rs. 2 per share dividend for FY25 (record date August 11, 2025) and fixed the 36th AGM for September 9, 2025. It also approved re-appointment of Chairman Krishna Kumar Choudhary and Vice-Chairman Sureshkumar Pansari for five years, continuation of independent director Yazdi Dandiwala beyond age 75, and noted the sale of its 51% stake in Znet Technologies, which added a Rs. 30 million gain on a consolidated basis.
Despite a sharp drop in top-line revenue, profit margins held up and PAT actually grew, which is a positive signal for shareholders. The dividend, leadership continuity and full deployment of IPO funds should support investor confidence, though the steep revenue decline is a concern and will be watched closely.
