Promoter Suresh Mahavirprasad Pansari has transferred 15,81,592 equity shares (2.40% of total share capital) of Rashi Peripherals to the Chaman Pansari Family Trust through an inter-se gift transfer, effective September 10, 2025. Post this transfer, Suresh Pansari's individual holding reduces from 53,15,540 shares (8.07%) to 37,33,948 shares (5.67%). The Chaman Pansari Family Trust's holding increases from 2,40,000 shares (0.36%) to 18,21,592 shares (2.76%). Total share capital and promoter group ownership remain unchanged since this is a transfer within the promoter family, not a market transaction. No shares were encumbered or pledged in this transaction.
